How hypnotherapy works – Dr. Victor Tsan Explains.

“Because the subconscious mind is our motivating energy, we always do what our subconscious mind believes in. Our subconscious mind works by trusting everything that is said, which means we can change it by shouting the conscious mind down. While changing the subconscious thoughts, it is possible to substitute the present destructive patterns with the new beneficial notions, and that’s what hypnotherapy is all about,” – Charles Tebbets said.

He is correct, and that’s what hypnosis does so well. During the hypnotherapy session, Dr. Victor Tsan places patients into deep relaxation, sidestepping the conscious mind. While a patient is in a hypnotic trance, Dr. Tsan talks to a patient’s subconscious mind using the so-called “client-centered” hypnotherapy technique when the individual creates definite instructions. In this case, the instructions come from the patient, not Dr. Tsan.

It makes it the patient easier to follow these instructions because each and every individual, first of all, trusts himself.
